Second semester schedules are available for viewing in the Infinite Campus portal. If there is an error, a blank period, or some other change that needs to be made, those changes need to be made on or before Monday, December 19th, by either Mr. Rusty Smith, Ms. Snelson, or Ms. Kaczmarzcyk. December 19th is also the last day for seniors to turn in partial attendance applications.

Sophomores and juniors are to request letters of recommendation from their teachers ASAP as they should be turned in Monday, December 19th for the St. Louis Internship Program. Spots are limited and applications are due before the holiday break! Students can pick up applications from Ms. Snelson in B204 (science wing) or in the main office. Applications must be turned in to Ms. Snelson, along with the required documents: application, 300 word typed essay, 2 letters of recommendations, social security card and birth certificate (for payment).

The schedule for high school finals is as follows:

ADV will occur as it is normally scheduled.

12/16 is, B2 and B4

12/19 is, A1 and A3

12/20 is, B6 and B8

12/21 is, A5 and A7

Dismissal is at 11:40 AM

Middle School schedule changes include:

12/20  B6, B8, B2, B4

12/21  A5, A7

Besides these two listed dates, middle school will have full days of school.

 

Seniors and juniors graduating in May: Cap/gown orders were due on December 2. All late orders must be completed online at www.Balfour.com.

 

The High School music department winter concert will be this Wednesday at 7 pm.

The Middle school choir concert will be thursday, December 15th at 7 pm.

The cost to purchase tickets in advance in $5, and $6.17 (service fees included) if you plan to order tickets online.

If you want to purchase advance tickets in person please send an envelope to the office marked:

Include names of attendees and payment (cash or checks). Please include phone number or contact information.

 

To purchase tickets the day of the concert, adults will be $10, $3 for GCAA students with a student ID which cannot be purchased in advance, $5 for non-GCAA students, and faculty and staff are free.

 

The early bird ticket prices for Cabaret 2017 will end after December 21st.

Cabaret dates and times are as followed:

Middle School Cabaret:  March 31st at 7pm

High School Cabaret:  April 1st at 7pm

Both will be hosted at the Franklin Room, in Soulard.

 

General admission is $25 through Dec. 21st., prices will rise to $30 after this date.

VIP Admission is $40, then will increase to $45.

Tables of 8 are sold for the price of 7.

 

Wednesday, December 14th is a half day for professional development day.
