The second annual  Middle School Talent Show will take place this Friday, April 28, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the Sun Theater. Admission is $1. Please consider attending to cheer on this year’s selection of incredible acts. Proceeds benefit future middle school STUCO activities.

There is a guitar concert tomorrow night in the Sun theater at 7 pm. The performance will feature guitar students in both middle and high school.

Parents of seniors can purchase congratulatory ads for the annual senior magazine. They are $10. For more information, visit gcaatoday.com/seniors.

Seniors, if you haven’t completed the Senior survey, please do so soon. You can also find the survey at gcaatoday.com/seniors.

Did you purchase a yearbook? With fewer than 50 copies still available, order yours before they’re all gone! They are available for $35 until the end of April. Order forms are available in the office, or in room 403. You can also order online. 

Today after the announcements, all Freshmen advisories should take attendance and report to the sun. The Saint Louis Public Library will give a short presentation.

On Friday the 28th, all Sophomore Advisories should report to the sun for a similar presentation.

Prom is this Saturday, April 29 from 7-10. Doors close at 8:15. The seniors have planned a senior spirit week to celebrate the event. For your planning purposes, here is an outline for the rest of the week’s activities.

Tomorrow at 1:55, teachers will release seniors to the courtyard where seniors will enjoy soda and snacks, music, and hanging out. If the weather does not cooperate, this event will be held in the south cafeteria.

If you missed the meeting for the Germany, Italy, Switzerland trip last week,  you have one more chance to get in early on this opportunity.  This final brief informational meeting of this school year will be tonight at 6 pm in Mrs. Mense’s room (Room 502).  Both students and parents are welcome.

The student run art show will be meeting tomorrow during advisory in room Ms. Clayton’s room, 406. Students will be showing their personal art work and fundraising. Please get a pass from Ms. Clayton. If you have any questions, please contact sophomores Kathleen Boesch or Kennedy Brown.

Mission Improvable, an improv competition presented by the International Thespians Society Troupe 8208, is tonight in the Black Box theater from 7-8:30 pm. Tickets are $5 in advance online, at www.eventbrite.com or $10 at the door. All proceeds will be donated to the Fox Charitable Fund.
