The schedule for high school finals is as follows: ADV will occur as it is normally scheduled.

12/16 is, B2 and B4

12/19 is, A1 and A3

12/20 is, B6 and B8

12/21 is, A5 and A7

Dismissal is at 11:40 AM.

Middle School schedule changes include:

12/20  B6, B8, B2, B4

12/21  A5, A7

Besides these two listed dates, middle school will have full days of school.

The high school music department winter concert will be Wednesday, December 14th at 7 pm.

The middle school music department winter concert will be Thursday, December 15th at 7 pm.

The cost to purchase tickets in advance is $5, or $6.17 (service fees included) if you plan to order tickets online.

If you want to purchase advance tickets in person, please send an envelope to the office marked: Winter Concert attn: Rhonda Holt. Include names of attendees and payment (cash or checks). Please include phone number or contact information.To purchase tickets the day of the concert, adults will be $10, $3 for GCAA students with a student ID which cannot be purchased in advance, $5 for non-GCAA students, and faculty and staff are free.

Second semester schedules are available for viewing in the Infinite Campus portal. If there is an error, a blank period, or some other change that needs to be made, those changes need to be made on or before Monday, December 19.Please email Mr. Rusty Smith with the requested schedule change information on or before December 19.

 The early bird ticket prices for Cabaret 2017 will end after December 21st.Cabaret dates and times are as follows:

Middle School Cabaret:  March 31st at 7pm

High School Cabaret:  April 1st at 7pm

Both will be hosted at the Franklin Room, in Soulard. General admission is $25 through Dec. 21st, prices will rise to $30 after this date. VIP Admission is $40, then will increase to $45. Tables of 8 are sold for the price of 7.

 Friday, December 9th at 7pm, the dance department will present their winter concert, “VIBES”. Faculty and staff are free when they show their ID, and GCAA students are $3 with their ID. Online ticketing is open until 11:30 p.m. on the night before the concert. Please visit https://gcaa-winterdanceconcert16.eventbrite.com to purchase tickets. As an alternative, you may also pay Ms. Tate in person with $5 cash, or $10 at the door, cash or credit.

Wednesday, December 14th is a half day for professional development day.
