With many juniors now having free time due to summer, they may be interested to hear of local restaurants around St.Louis that offer prime dining options. Delmar Lee’s is a restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine, ranging from the more Americanized version of chinese food to the Hunan style of food preperation popular in China. On my few visits there I am always welcomed into a warm atmosphere, and the smells of spicy and sweet food fill up the room. One of the only negative things to say about the restaurant is that there is a lack of anywhere to dine on the inside. However nothing negative can be said of the food variety that Delmar Lee’s has to offer. A customer could walk in and either order an Americanized version of chinese food such as a St.Paul (a sandwich that is only associated with the St.Louis region), or they could order a more authentic meal of Chow Fun (which consists of noodles, stir fried with your own choice of seafood, roast pork, or duck).
