The GCAA BLM Association presents… “With these Hands”: A Black Empowerment Experience

The GCAA Black Lives Matter Association will be hosting this year’s Black History Month Event! This is the first time in GCAA history that there will be a specific event catered towards Black artists of the past, present and future.

Location: 711 N Grand Boulevard
When: February 24th, 2022
Pre-Show: 6:00 – 6:45
Showcase: 7:00 – 8:30

There will be performers from the theater department, music department and dance department. There will be artwork from the art department and so much more. We will also be having two special guest speakers: Congresswoman Cori Bush and the first Black female Mayor of Saint Louis, Mayor Tishaura O. Jones!

Due to Covid regulations seating is limited so you will need to reserve a seat at gcaa.booktix.com, the seats are $5 per seat but you can also purchase a ticket the day of the event when you arrive. Masks are required. The GCAA BLM Association hopes to see you there.
