The sixth annual vocal pathway show, Cabaret, is coming up. All choir students will perform in Cabaret as part of their choir, with individuals acts selected via audition by teachers Raynard Brown and Wes Smith.

The middle school show will take place on Friday, April 27th, at 7:00 p.m. The high school show will take place the day after: Saturday, April 28th, also at 7:00 p.m.

Both the middle school and high school shows will be held at the location of all past Cabarets: The Franklin Room on Soulard (816 Allen Ave, St. Louis, MO 63104).

This year’s Cabaret theme is “Broadway,” meaning all songs will be from Broadway productions, past and present. Students and audience members are encouraged to dress nicely.

Tickets are being sold this week as part of an “early bird” special that lasts until Winter Break; all ticket money from this period will be put towards funding for the annual choir “Dinner and a Show” event to happen later this school year.

General seats are $25 a person, while a General table, seating eight people, is $175. VIP seats, which are located closest to the stage, are $40 a person, while a VIP table, also seating eight but positioned closer to the stage, is $280. VIP holders will also entertain a little “extra treatment” Cabaret night.

After Winter Break, seat prices will increase by $5. You may purchase tickets directly from Smith, by cash or money order.
