Nickelodeon is launching a casting call for a new television series that will be debuting within months. A GCAA parent, Sara Irlbeck, informed high school principal, Dr. Shane Hopper, about the opportunity for students.

“The goal is to find all completely unknown kids with amazing talent and potential,” Irlbeck wrote.

According to the site included below auditions officially cut off at 2:00 a.m. Friday, September 20. The information below is directly copied from the official email:

“To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Sam Kirby and I am emailing from Kelly Mailey Casting. We are currently searching for kids between the ages of 13-15 to star in a new scripted musical series for a leading network and we would love to use your school as a resource. We’ve attached a breakdown which includes all of the roles and a bit more information about the series.

Please pass this on to anyone that you feel may be interested in submitting a self-tape to our casting office!

Please note that the performer must NOT HAVE A RECORD DEAL OR BE SIGNED TO A LABEL. We, unfortunately, cannot consider them for the role.

With the permission of the parents, we are looking for kids to record sixteen bars of music, with their instrument (if they have). Only vocals are fine as well.

Participants should then upload their videos to the link posted below through Actors Access (a free and protected site). They should also leave their email or number so we can contact for callbacks.
