Juniors, prom committee forms are due today, turn them in to room 302
Picture day is next Friday, September 23, if you didn’t get your picture taken during summer registration, this will be the only time to get your picture taken for your student ID and the yearbook.
Global Ethos, an international youth service-learning program, is taking students back to Nicaragua this summer, and plan to take students to Hawaii for a youth leadership program. The group is holding an informational meeting for High School students in room 501 on Thursday, September 22nd from 3:15pm until 3:45pm.
GCAA Theatre Department announces its Fall Semester production of The Laramie Project. The complete cast list is available on GCAAtoday.com, performances of the play are scheduled for december first through third.
GCAA’s first Poetic Soulz Spoken Word Poetry Team Meeting will be this TUESDAY, September 20th from 3:15-4:45 in room 402. They will discuss the program and the competition, as well as share some of their own poetry. If you are interested in attending, please get a pass from Ms. Sobotka in room 402 before Tuesday.
If you’re in middle school and are running for student council, the deadline for your application, including a rough draft of your speech, is today.
GCAA’s first two volleyball games are this Sunday, September 18th at St. Mark Catholic School, at 3:00 and 4:00 PM, for more information, visit GCAAtoday.com
The Junior Parent Night is next Wednesday, September 21, at 6:00 pm in the Sun Theater.
Friday is the last day to register for the October ACT test date. See Ms. Snelson for help with registration or fee waiver.
