“I am a theater teacher.”
Q: How many years have you been in education?
“This is my tenth.”
Q: Where did you get your certification/degree?
“Missouri Valley college.”
Q: Why did you decide to go into education?
“I wanted to help inspire younger generations to be on stage and to be actors, actresses, directors, producers. Something in the field that I have been very passionate about.”
Q: Where did you work before getting a job at GCAA?
“Salisbury High School for a year and Jefferson High School for 8 years.”
Q: Why did you choose to apply/accept this position at GCAA?
“I thought this place would be an excellent use of my skills in the fine arts department..”
Q: How do you think your previous experience will benefit you as a teacher at GCAA?
“I’ve been able to take my favorite shows, movies, stories and share them with you guys and have you guys do similar things that are totally different so that we adapt and change and make it our own.”
Q: What has been your favorite part about working at GCAA?
“I’ve loved the faculty and the students. I think you guys have such unique personalities and everybody is so fun to be around..”
Q: What do you look forward to most this school year?
“I look forward to seeing what everybody produces on stage this yeast weather that be a main stage production or just little skits or little scenes.”
Q: Anything else you think we should know about you?
“I have a superpower. I’m kind of psychic.”
