On April 3rd, 2015, the ninth movie of the Fast & Furious series, Furious 7, officially came out over the weekend with the box offices reaching up to $143,623,000 in the U.S. On Fandango, fans gave the movie 5 stars while critics (a total of ten) have given it a 67 out of 100; it has been rated PG 13. Furious 7 is about how the team (Dominic Toretto, Brian O’Conner, Luke Hobbs, Letty Ortiz, Roman Pearce, and Tej Parker) is being hunted by Deckard Shaw (played by Jason Statham), out of revenge for his little brother,Owen Shaw (played by Luke Evans),who was severely burned and in the hospital. Deckard starts off by killing one of the team’s family member, Han Lue, (played by Sung Kang) and bombing Dom’s and Brian’s home. Dom, who’s trying to help Letty, who is slowly regaining the last 15 years of her memory, is now in a rage and hunting Deckard. With the help of new members to the family/team and “God’s Eye”, a hacking device that can find anybody in 2 minutes or less. Dom and the team find Deckard and he gets put into a 30-foot-deep concrete and steel cell after a bombing (literally) fight scene. However, the movie ends with a very sentimental and emotional end that no Fast & Furious fan or Paul Walker (who had died November 30, 2013) fan would walk away from and not shed a tear.

I would recommend this movie to anyone really, especially anyone who is into action packed, race car, fighting movies. I really liked the movie and would love to watch it again. There are parts where I felt like Letty was a little weak during the fighting scenes and it seemed like she could have done more, however, I know she is going through difficult times regarding her memory loss so I cut her some slack. After seeing this movie I decided to watch the whole series and I am glad that I am because it improves how emotional Furious 7 is.
