Visual art department hosts annual show, fundraiser

The annual visual art show of 2017 will be in the school’s main lobby and in various places in the Sun Theater on Thursday, April 20 from 6 to 8 pm. Admission is $2 for guests and free for students with ID. Middle school artwork will be in the school’s lobby, along with snacks and drinks. High school pieces will be in the Sun Theater, along with fundraisers.

Fundraisers include photography and graphic design pieces from students and ceramic pieces made by David Spiguzza, visual arts teacher. There will also be an auction of big ceramic bowls given by Spiguzza to Liz LeSaulnier’s Painting II class to reinterpret popular paintings.

Graphic Design student Samatha Szevery, Junior has made the posters for the Art Show’s advertisement.
